To report your First Federal Check Card or Credit Card lost or stolen during business hours, please call 1.337.421.1200 (out of area 1.800.860.1238). (Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST, excluding holidays).

To report your card lost or stolen after business hours, please call the number mentioned below for the appropriate card.

As an additional precaution, please call your local First Federal account representative as soon as possible to report your card lost or stolen. Please have your account information available at the time of the call.
